libsqlite3-mod-csvtable software package provides SQLite3 extension module for read-only access to CSV files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libsqlite3-mod-csvtable
libsqlite3-mod-csvtable is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libsqlite3-mod-csvtable package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libsqlite3-mod-csvtable *
You will get with libsqlite3-mod-csvtable package name, version, architecture and description in a table
